Terms and Conditions
1) Bookings will only be confirmed once a 50 % deposit has been received.
2) The remaining 50 % will need to be paid before the 31st March 2010 to secure booking.
3) Once a place has been reserved should you wish to cancel at any stage before the 31st December 2009,
a 10 % cancellation fee will be charged on the total outstanding amount. Should you choose to cancel
after the 31st December 2009, 50 % cancellation fee will apply.
4) The SA Jumpstart packs on offer will be included in the initial upfront payment.
5) Payment should be made by credit card or wire transfer to the account of Amakhaya Alula, at cleints’
discretion. Should you opt for the latter, please note that transfers can take up to 14 days to clear, and until
such time confirmation of your reservation cannot be made.
6) While all care is taken to insure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests we cannot be held liable
for any damages, losses or injury of any nature whatsoever during their stay with us.
7) Prices cannot be guaranteed until settled in full as exchange rates may fluctuate.
8) All invoices will be billed in South African Rand (ZAR).
